Module Rigidity

This chart is a reference tool for an approximate comparison of the rigidities of Footmaxx heel cup orthotics, with or without arch strips and fills. It is meant as a guideline only. Functional rigidity will depend on the weight of the patient and the size of the orthotic and foot.

The Deep Heel Cup module shows a higher rigidity than the Semi-Rigid Standard Heel Cup and the Rigid Standard Heel Cup module due to its difference in shape and increased heel depth.

Use these charts only as a guideline when prescribing/ordering othotics. Use in accordance with patient weight, shoe type, activity level and lifestyle.

Note: Soft Arch Fills based on weight for active patients.
